Closing Agent Prelicense: This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for eight hours of Real Estate Closing Agent prelicense education.
Principles of Abstracting -MN Midwest Edition: This course is recommended for pre-license education for those who plan to obtain either a state issued abstractor's license or an abstractor's designation from a professional organization. The abstracting courses are not state licensed courses, nor are they a requirement by the states.
Abstracting National Edition: Abstracting courses are recommended for pre-license education for those who plan to obtain either a state issued abstractor's license or an abstractor's designation from a professional organization. Reading and Drawing Legal Descriptions: A hands-on courses where learners read and draw real life descriptions and tackle complex descriptions pertaining to metes and bounds, as well as co-operative units, condominiums, time-share properties, etc. This is a key course for land title searchers, examiners, abstractors, county employees, title insurers and anyone who works with legal descriptions.
Title Examination Midwest Edition is a compendium of issues pertaining to examination of title. It covers the nuts and bolts of title examination. While it is specifically a Minnesota designed course, it is generally applicable to most midwest states.
